Francesco started teaching workshops in Trinidad and Tobago a few years ago after a physician from this beautiful and unique island nation attended one of his Qigong Instructor Certification Courses in Boulder. This doctor, Nilash Ramnarine, MD and his physician father Henry and physician brother Adriel are people he considers dear friends as he discovered they shared a similar life path and intention.

Trinidad Rejuvenation Retreat Itinerary
- Day 1 – Arrive in Port of Spain, Trinidad – Evening Qigong Class with Francesco
- Day 2 – Sunrise Qigong – Personal Energy Medicine Assessment by a physician followed by a variety of healing treatment modalities
- Day 3 – Sunrise Qigong – Hindu Temple meditation – Your personal treatment sessions
- Day 4 – Sunrise Qigong – Caribbean Beach visit – Your personal treatment sessions – Sound Healing event
- Day 5 – Sunrise Qigong – Personal treatment sessions – Visit to Hindu ceremonial grounds along the seafront

Everyone needs a bit of healing now and again, and I was happy that the treatments helped in so many ways - but the biggest sensation was that of a "preventative" health focus and to feel so energized and rejuvenated from the unique array of treatment modalities that I've never seen all in one place... plus Trinidad is beautiful - from lush forests to gorgeous beaches and surprising Hindu cultural spots! Awesome...
