what a wonderfull course! I practice meditation and yoga for several years now and have taken courses with multible teachers, read a lots of books, blogposts and articles. practicing with francescos online classes qi gong and listening to these audio course has added something that had allways missed for me. I found accsess to my heart room or heart resonance I never had before. I thinking a lot and trying to understand everything in my life and the world around me. And I am a very emotional person too. so these two aspects are often fighting inside of me and I am struggeling. In this course I learned for the first time what it really means to go to your heart space. And this is a great feeling that gives me hope and healing. I will come back over and over to this course and others as I feel I can learn and practice the things that really matter and in a way that is autentic and from a teacher who really speaks from his own heart and so much preacious experience! thank you, Francesco, for this great course and other media !
